Extremely Disappointing Experience Dar ul Shifa Hospital is highly unprofessional with inexperienced staff. The OPD is overcrowded and mismanaged, with no proper queue system—patients wait for hours depending on staff outside the doctor’s room. There’s no parking facility, and safety protocols are completely ignored. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. How ever some doctors are well experienced, also they are good businessmen. Hospital and medical professionals in Pakistan are good businessmen.

I brought my 9-month-old baby to Dr. Sajjad Ali after he suffered 7 seizures within just 12 hours. It was an incredibly stressful and frightening time for our family, but Dr. Sajjad handled the case with utmost care, professionalism, and compassion. His calm approach, thorough diagnosis, and clear communication helped us stay strong during this difficult time. We were also very impressed by the ICU department — the staff was highly professional, attentive, and well-coordinated. They made sure our baby was monitored closely and received the best possible care. We are truly grateful to Dr. Sajjad Ali and the entire ICU team for their dedication and support. May Allah reward them for their service.

It's better to stay sick than to get admitted to Dar-ul-Shifa Hospital. And may God protect us from their doctors. Staff Behaviour 0/10 Doctors Behaviour 0/10

Pathetic behaviour of guys at reception. They MUST get proper education of how to talk to people. Girls and boys are either talking to each other or at phones and doesn't even listen properly. They guided us wrongly twice when our patient was in critical condition
