I recently had an urgent situation where I needed to contact Family Hospital to get information about doctor availability for a serious patient. I called five times with a gap of 5 to 7 minutes between each call, but unfortunately, no one answered. In today's digital age, it's concerning that the hospital does not have readily available information online regarding their timings or doctor availability. This lack of response and accessibility is extremely disappointing, especially when time is critical in medical emergencies. Family Hospital needs to significantly improve their communication services to ensure that patients and their families can get timely and accurate information when they need it the most. This experience has been very disheartening, and I hope the hospital takes immediate steps to address these issues.

There is a clean hospital, there is a car park, there is a good seating system and the atmosphere inside is very good.the hospital is very good.
