My experience at Kiran International Hospital in Sialkot has been a mix of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. On the positive side, the hospital has managed to recruit highly experienced and professional doctors, ensuring top-notch medical care for patients. However, one aspect that left me disappointed is the lack of sitting chairs on floors other than the ground floor.During my visit, I encountered the inconvenience of not finding any seating options outside the patient rooms on higher floors. This meant that when my relatives came to visit the patient, they were forced to stand throughout their visit. Even on the 5th floor, where my patient was located, there was not a single chair available outside the room for visitors to sit and wait. The only seating option was a single sofa inside the room, which was insufficient for accommodating multiple visitors.Overall, while the medical care provided by Kiran International Hospital is commendable, I hope they address the issue of seating arrangements to enhance the comfort and convenience of patients' visitors on all floors of the hospital.

The medical services provided are good, but the staff behavior needs serious improvement. They often come across as rude and uncooperative. Management should take this into consideration and provide customer-centric training to ensure better communication and support for patients.

My experience with Dr. Laal was very disappointing. I took my mother for consultation, but instead of providing support, he responded with rudeness and disrespect. Although he returned the consultation fee, his unprofessional attitude deeply affected my mother and pushed her into depression. Because of this behavior, I would never recommend him to anyone. I strongly urge the hospital to ensure that Dr. Laal learns how to treat patients with kindness and respect, as such behavior is unacceptable for a medical professional.

Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Shahida Malik. While she initially seemed positive and convincing in her approach, her attitude drastically changed in the final month. She unnecessarily pushed for a C-section despite a normal pregnancy, which eventually resulted in a successful normal delivery at CMH. This raised serious concerns about her judgment and trustworthiness. A doctor’s role is to provide honest and reliable guidance—unfortunately, she failed in that.
