I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly negligent and unprofessional treatment my sister received during her recent C-section surgery at Christian Memorial Hospital, Sialkot. The surgery was performed by Dr. Sonia, whose conduct and surgical approach have caused serious harm to my sister’s health. During the procedure, the surgeon carried out the surgery in a careless manner, resulting in an unnecessary abdominal cut which caused excessive blood loss. When we raised our concerns, the hospital staff and surgeon attempted to dismiss the matter by blaming complications on her previous surgery, which was conducted at the same hospital six years ago. This justification is completely unacceptable, as my sister had been in good health for the past six years with no complications whatsoever from the earlier surgery. It is clear that the current complications are the direct result of mishandling and negligence during the most recent surgery. We are deeply disturbed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and care provided. Such medical negligence not only endangered the life of my sister but also caused extreme distress to our entire family.

Sorry to say about staff, about nurses, kindly retire old nurse whose behaviour are being rude. They are experienced thats why they treat badly. Its like goverment staff,

Memorial Christian hospital Sialkot is one of the worst hospital in the world. my child was deliverd there my child was healty and fine throw the pregnancy even before delivery all test normal bt after delivery they said write here u see ur child which is not breathing well my hands was shevering that time no oxygen was given to him just naked on table later i found my child is cp child also have herniya also vsd defect 20mm when i call dr Qamar child specialist to check he cry alot while urinate he make just jokes not even touch my baby today me and my family suffring just negligence of mission hospitals doctors i pay 75k bill for delivery and room in 2023 i can manage any hospital in that amount i cant see my kid in this situation Allah Mera insaaf karay ameen

This is the best hospital of Sialkot .they give treatment to poor people who not afford private hospitals.v good doctors v good staff.we go there so Many times.and I see most of patients relative not behave well with staff .they do there duty .when we go that hospital we behave well and I received staff well behaved.even my mother died in that hospital v vvv cooperative doctors and nurses. In all Sialkot I found best hospital.may Allah give for success to this hospital.ameen
