Review for Dr. Qandeel Qaiser: My wife and I are truly grateful to Dr. Qandeel Qaiser. She performed my wife's C-section, and the way she treated us, it didn’t feel like we were just patients — it felt like we were her own family. Her professionalism, caring nature, and the way she guided us at every step gave us complete peace of mind. During the operation, my wife felt very relaxed, and even after the surgery, the care she received was exceptional. Dr. Qandeel explained everything clearly and never made us feel alone or confused. It’s rare to find doctors who work with such kindness, humanity, and love. From the bottom of our hearts, we pray that Allah blesses her with continued success and good health. Thank you, Dr. Qandeel!

Hey, I'd like to give a review of the hospital. I appreciate the good doctors, but unfortunately, there's a rude nurse in the emergency ward. I visited with my younger brother for his drip, and she was very impolite. She told me to move away from the bed, and there wasn't even a stool available in the emergency ward. If it's a hospital rule, then the hospital should provide extra stools near the beds.

I wish there will be option of zero star, worst hospital ,I visited New Life Hospital (Sialkot )today with my mother & experience was extremely disappointing....The staff was completely uncooperative, unprofessional, and showed no urgency in providing care. Despite being a hospital, there was a shocking lack of basic patient support and respect. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid this hospital for the sake of your loved ones' health..

At first, the new life hospital looked clean and well-maintained, which gave a good impression despite being expensive. But after our experience, the reality was disappointing. The staff is extremely rude and unresponsive—simple requests like closing a drip take multiple calls and long waits. Money is demanded at every step, from parking guards to stretcher staff, and refusal leads to bad attitudes. After midnight, staff practically disappear; patients are left unattended with no proper system. Right now, we have been waiting over 30 minutes for a nurse despite repeated reminders. The hospital environment may look attractive, but in reality, it feels like a 1-star hospital in terms of service and care.
