Extremely disappointing experience with the staff. They do not provide the customer copy of the slip proactively. Even after repeated requests, they kept directing me to the HR department. Only after following up multiple times with HR was the customer copy finally issued—ironically, by the same staff who had initially refused. The behavior was unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic courtesy towards customers.

The staff here don't even know how to talk they don't know anything about dealing with patients I just called them and she didn't even listened to me.. Very bad facility

The hospital has some good doctors and equipment. Junior staff lacks professionalism however.

Wrost experience ever. Not corporative, unexperienced, unqualified staff they know nothing and sadly dealing with patients with their zero experience and qualification. Moreover, some Doctors are able and friendly.
