Extremely disappointed with my experience at Samr Hospital Ladhar. Dr. Ali's behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, didn't listen to my concerns properly. To make matters worse, the security guard was rude and unhelpful. Lack of empathy and poor customer service from both medical and support staff. 1/5 stars. Needs significant improvement in staff behavior and patient care.

I've been visiting samr Hospital for a while now, and initially, I was impressed with the excellent facilities they provided to the local community. The hospital seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of its patients, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, over time, I've noticed a decline in the quality of service. The hospital seems to be following the same pattern as other hospitals in the area, prioritizing growth and numbers over patient care. The staff appears to be overworked, and the facilities, although still good, are not as well-maintained as they used to be. Moreover, they have started charging for parking also. Despite this, Samr Hospital still provides essential services to the community, and I appreciate the efforts of the dedicated staff. With some improvements in management and patient care, this hospital could truly excel and become a trusted healthcare provider in the area.

Bad Experience at Summer Hospital Ladhar Dr. Ali (Night Shift) I had a very disappointing experience at Summer Hospital Ladhar with Dr. Ali (night shift). He taunted me, I don't understand Punjabi speak to me in urdu, just because I was wearing shalwar kameez with chappal, and his overall behavior towards me was also rude and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a hospital setting where respect and communication are essential.
